Plastic Thermoformed Parts Tray for Food Service Machinery
Northern Precision Plastics demonstrated our continuing commitment to safe food service product manufacturing by taking on this project, thermoforming a series of trays to hold parts for the food service industry. Even for products such as this one, , it was important to maintain a contaminant-free environment. In addition, keeping all dimensions and features accurate ensured that the tray would operate safely and as intended.
The outer tray footprint measured 29.125″ by 19.125″, with a height of 2.250″. Adding to the complexity of the piece were a number of drainage holes, each measuring 0.250″ in diameter. Holding tolerances of ±.007″ throughout all production, we delivered the completed order to our satisfied customer, where they are serving as intended, keeping food equipment safe and useable.
